List Hound is made by Loewinger Ventures LLC, based in Boca Raton, FL. This policy covers the List Hound iOS app and the listhound.app website.
We use it to run the core feature of the app: matching the items on your list to real prices at stores near you, keeping you signed in if you choose to sign in, and responding when you contact us. We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't build ad profiles.
To price your list, we send the store location and item names to official retailer pricing programs — starting with the Kroger family of stores — solely to return current prices. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it with data brokers or advertisers.
If you sign in with Apple or Google, that exchange is governed by Apple's or Google's own privacy policy for the sign-in step itself.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of List Hound, our users, or others.
Price lookups (your list items and location) are used to generate results and are not retained longer than needed to provide that feature. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve and reference your request. If you sign in, your account identifier is kept until you ask us to delete it.
List Hound is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
